Ceci peut \u00eatre fait facilement en utilisant les fonctions ggplot2 <em>scale_x_continuous<\/em>() et <em>scale_y_continuous<\/em>(), qui permettent de d\u00e9finir l\u2019\u00e9chelle des axes en log2 ou log10. Une autre possibilit\u00e9 est la fonction <em>scale_x_log10<\/em>() et <em>scale_y_log10<\/em>(), qui transforme, respectivement, les \u00e9chelles des axes x et y en une <em>\u00e9chelle log : base 10<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Notez que, les fonctions <code>scale<\/code> transforment les donn\u00e9es.
