R<\/strong> en utilisant le <strong>package R de magick<\/strong>, qui est li\u00e9 \u00e0 la biblioth\u00e8que <code>ImageMagick<\/code> : la biblioth\u00e8que de traitement d\u2019images open-source la plus compl\u00e8te disponible.<\/p>\n<p>Le package magick R supporte les:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De nombreux formats courants : png, jpeg, tiff, pdf, etc<\/li>\n<li>Diff\u00e9rents types de manipulations : rotation, mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle, recadrage, coupe, retournement, flou, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toutes les op\u00e9rations sont vectoris\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019aide de <code>Magick++ STL<\/code>, ce qui signifie qu\u2019elles fonctionnent soit sur une seule image, soit sur une s\u00e9rie d\u2019images pour travailler avec des calques, des collages ou des animations.<\/p>\n<p>Dans RStudio, les images sont automatiquement pr\u00e9visualis\u00e9es lorsqu\u2019elles sont imprim\u00e9es sur la console, ce qui donne un environnement d\u2019\u00e9dition Vous pouvez sp\u00e9cifier le param\u00e8tre <code>format<\/code> pour convertir l\u2019image dans un autre format.<\/p>\n<pre class=\"r\"><code># Rendu png en jpeg\r\nimage_write(frink, path = \"frink.jpg\", format = \"jpeg\", quality = 75)<\/code><\/pre>\n<div class=\"success\">\n<p>Si <code>path<\/code> est un nom de fichier, <code>image_write<\/code> renvoie <code>path<\/code> en cas de succ\u00e8s, de sorte que le r\u00e9sultat peut \u00eatre transmis \u00e0 une fonction prenant un chemin de fichier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Convertir les formats d\u2019images<\/strong>. Vous pouvez aussi utiliser <code>image_browse()<\/code> pour ouvrir l\u2019image dans l\u2019application par d\u00e9faut de votre syst\u00e8me pour un type donn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Aper\u00e7u de l\u2019image<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les images Magick sont automatiquement affich\u00e9es dans le Viewer de RStudio<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez aussi utiliser <code>image_browse()<\/code> pour ouvrir l\u2019image dans l\u2019application par d\u00e9faut de votre syst\u00e8me pour un type donn\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Sous Linux, vous pouvez utiliser <code>image_display()<\/code> pour pr\u00e9visualiser l\u2019image dans une fen\u00eatre X11.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.datanovia.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/dn-tutorials\/r-tutorial\/images\/image-processing-in-r-preview.png\" alt=\"Aper\u00e7u des images\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"transformations-dimages\" class=\"section level2\">\n<h2>Transformations d\u2019images<\/h2>\n<div id=\"couper-et-\u00e9diter\" class=\"section level3\">\n<h3>Couper et \u00e9diter<\/h3>\n<p>Plusieurs des fonctions de transformation prennent un param\u00e8tre <code>geometry<\/code> qui n\u00e9cessite une syntaxe sp\u00e9ciale de la forme <code>AxB+C+D<\/code> o\u00f9 chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment est facultatif. Le param\u00e8tre <code>fuzz<\/code> permet de croiser le remplissage pour les pixels adjacents de couleurs similaires. Sa valeur doit \u00eatre comprise entre 0 et 256^2 en pr\u00e9cisant la distance g\u00e9om\u00e9trique maximale entre les couleurs pour \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme \u00e9gale.
