I am wondering how to add legend as a label. For example, ‘Dose of 0.5, 1, 2’ are added in place of the y axis as tick marks.

Inside theme() you can use plot.tag to change the font size etc, e.g. theme(plot.tag = element_text(size = 20, face = “bold”))
