Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under it. Provide accurate information and don't share your credentials.

Acceptable use

Use Datanovia for learning and lawful purposes. Don't abuse the platform, attempt to break its security, scrape it at scale, or disrupt other learners.

Content & intellectual property

Lessons, text, figures, and branding are the property of Datanovia and may not be redistributed wholesale. You are welcome to use the code snippets from our lessons in your own work.

User-generated content (such as feedback) remains yours; you grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the service.

AI-generated content

Prova and our other AI features are tools to help you learn, not authorities. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated — always verify it (run the code, check the result against a trusted source) before relying on it, and especially before using it for professional, clinical, or regulatory work. You are responsible for how you use what an AI feature produces.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through our Merchant-of-Record. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period. Applicable taxes are handled by the provider.

Disclaimers & liability

Datanovia is provided for educational purposes "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves; material changes will be announced. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
